Damn crazy to think that I've had the truck more than 8 months now. Gonna be a year with t next month. Funny and sad at the fact that I've put maybe 150 - 200 miles on it since then lol

Took my daily driver out for a little mountain run. Thought the pics were post worthy lol also just waiting to find some 10" King coilovers for the build to progress. Figured I'd make the jump to 10's now instead of redoing shit later

Gotta love Otay Mountain. Not the most technical trail (by far) but it's fun for an excuse to get the truck dirty!

Nice truck, Trigo. Was it pretty straight forward when you put the truck on the tack and pulled the shock towers outward? My '01 is twisted inward pretty badly and looking to pretty much do the same thing you did. Would you or somebody at your shop be able to give me a quote to throw my truck on the rack?

Most shops I talked to about doing that said it couldn't be done or they were gonna have to do some sort of welded tabs on the towers to get them pulled back out. I dunno that I'd even do it that way, you probably wouldn't straighten the frame so much as tweak the shock towers outward. That's just from the 5 different shops I hit up around CA lol

Sorry to hijack the thread. I see your point about the towers bending out rather than the frame straightening, but it seems like I need to do something about it. The towers already had to be notched to clear my Doug Thorley headers and the upper control arm bushings are closer to the headers than I would like. I was wanting to take care of that along with having it improve the alignment. I'm new to the forum, should I start a new thread to continue the discussion? I am also in need of a shop to do some gusseting/bracing. I wanted to go to TRAC Performance but have not been able to get ahold of anybody or find the shop when I went to the address on their site. Did the close up shop?
