    Its not recessed but the cage and the 30" light bar behind the skid plate worries me.
    Thanks. I need to pop the radiator cap and check.

    The other reason about the grill, is that it needs to be a fine mesh. Like that diamond style. Some of the other styles restrict to much airflow. With the added impedanceof the intercooler, a restrictive grill will make it much harder for your radiator to cool things down.

    That should be just fine, as far as the grill is concerned.

    Now for the skid bars......going to have to custom mount the intercooler, potentially. Easy enough though.

    You always want a verticle tube running from the bumpstop mounting area down to the frame, I don't see one in the picture?

    Just the gusset is all thats there and then tied into the cage at the top. No frame tie in. It'll get fixed.

    Its getting rebuilt again right now. The other shop just rebuilt it and it took forever to actually go into drive and 2nd was still slipping. He is supposed to be the local guru and is aware of the minimum power and says no problems. Guess we shall see.
