I recently sold my 05 to a friend that took it to Toyota for some service, they had it on the rack checking leaf springs and found the frame to be bad.I had this looked at last year by the same dealer that passed it and under coated it,gotta love how Toyota stands behind there product.:)There ordering him a new frame under warranty

I just picked up a very used 06, and I was looking at the service records. It too was inspected and sprayed less than 10 months ago by the delaership. Now it's due for a new frame as well.

Get ready to wait. I was told 8 months, but they'll put you in a rental if need be.

    Yeah, I'm fully aware.

I've already spoke to the dealer. They will do some extra work at a discount while everything is going on.
