Every chance it get!! Been a major part of my life since the '80's and my first one, a tank of a mtn bike, the Schwinn High Sierra. XC, DH, Trail, Enduro, Single Speed, Tandem Mtn Bike, I've owned and ridden them all, and even attended Barnett's Bicycle Institute.

Any of you guys ride the trails over by Santa Cruz? Thinking about making a trip over soon.
We normally ride downieville, North Star, Auburn or some trails up in Chico but with winter here may have to make some trips out to Santa Cruz. I hear the downhill over there is pretty good

I see you had to wrap your remote resi lines because the dirt kings cut into your hose. I talk to king and they knew it was a issue. To fix they want my front coilovers for two weeks and $700 to fix. If I go long travel it will be fox.

 

$700 to "fix?" did you not want to go with a local place to fix. Jesus christ that hopefully included a rape whistle.

 

Yeah, I've been having that same issue for a while now! So they know and want money to fix it? I don't mind sending it off for a week, but damn, that's not nice!

 

yeah I was pretty pissed. So I have some thick hose around it that I replace when it gets low. At some point I will need a revalve and maybe I will have it done then. Or I will go to fox.

 

Did they say why it was so much? It's maybe an elbow and hose?

 

They need to essentially do a service on it to replace the hose.

 

Shit. I guess I'll add this to the list of things to do.
