I have noticed that when returning steering wheel back to center from any curve or corner, I can feel a slight steering pulsation in my hand just as it turns back. Less than 1,000 miles and Truck drives mint other than that, no braking vibration or when going straight, or even when turning. Only when driving and when the wheel is returning to straight. It is more noticeable at about 40+ mph. Not severe issue, but enough to wonder if it's normal in this model or if anyone else had experienced the same thing. I have new Duratracs on it(265 75 16) and they were put on at dealership, so I do not know if it did it with stock tires. I have tried different tire pressures and is same at all from 28 up to 40. I am currently at 38psi.

No issues with my 2016 TRD OR with stock tires or KO2's. Does it pull the same direction after returning both directions?

Does it only happen when vehicle moving. Is it repeatable while sitting still. Sitting at an idle turn the steering wheel a with little pressure and hold but don't make the tires move. Try left and right turn. Do you feel a pulsation?

It's not in 4x4 and I checked it while in park by trying pressure left and right and turning a little- but feels completely smooth. The truck doesn't pull to the left or right either while driving. Just a pulsation, like stutter, or sketchiness and sometimes you can see it on my hand, as the wheel is moving on it's own back to Center. If I swerve back and forth I can feel it as the wheel corrects itself. Very strange!!!

Exactly- I just did it driving all the way home. Turns fine both ways- it's only when turning back straight you feel it.

You can eliminate the Column, Intermediate shaft and Rack as the causing the problem. It Has to be in the frontend/tires then, because you are getting the pulse sensation only when your truck is moving.
My truck drove like a limo with the OEM adventure tires. Put my Duratracs on and she now drives like a truck

I'm going to have it checked soon, plus I'm putting snows on soon and will see if it continues with those. It's strange because I ran the same size Duratracs on my 07 for years and never felt anything like this. I had occasional balance issues and vibration that you could feel while driving straight, but not this. I'm getting used to it already it's so subtle. Thanks for the suggestions.
