If you are going to fix the hose, why not just keep the dirt king?

Side wall rub on the 35's. I'm hoping it's due to the box design.

BTW, still do your hose. King said the issue exists for TC also, but the rounded corners just pulls on the hose instead of cuts it. Not sure if I would want it pulling either.

Good eye. Jesus, they're selling that all together, right? Looks like the resi should be set up 180 degrees vertical from that, and those hose customized to fit. You know, before it is shipped. Ouch. WTF.

I'm not running spacers and I don't want to. The 17 wheels have a -12mm offset and I barely cleared on my 16's with -24mm.

I still want to do the hoses just to fix the current rubbed ones and avoid any contact in the future.

That is fucking weak. How could they even have the balls to sell that without seeing if it even works, especially at those prices?

so my kid, who lives in Reno, spent the weekend mudding it on the high desert playas of northern Nevada after a storm, having a great time... a 5 ton 6x6 can do donuts all day long on a muddy flat if you stay on the throttle and throw it into a hard turn... playa-drifting!

so this morning, he takes the truck to the self-serve car wash he uses to pressure wash the undercarriage etc... he's only like halfway through, and they kicked him out, after making him shovel all the mud he'd washed off into a dumpster. no option to pay extra to finish the job on the condition he cleans up the rest, nada.

(the green one is his friends truck, his is the tan one with the upper deck thats behind it)

so, what do y'all 4x4 guys do when you get really really muddy?

Most self serve washes here say no muddy trucks and each bay has a camera.

Mud in the drain kinda ruins the whole "drain" thing.

It almost seems like it! Replacing the UCA, fixing the shocks etc.

I'm fine with my travel, I just want to drive the truck instead of work on it!

I think his best option is to install a tank, pump, and hose, and leave it where he found it.
