I love this dudes rig. He is actually where I got the idea from. I'd get mine done in black to pop on the white. If I do it it won't be till spring, to cold to stick now. I think all my mods are don't till spring unless I ever make my mind up on a rolling tonneau or soft topper

Mind blown! This has to be the weirdest build ever. Maybe it's a Saipan market only truck? Can you look at your do jam and tell us what plant this truck came out of.

Can't wait to get my FN fx Pro wheels, so I can make these ...

This is just a mock up for now, until I can reverse engineer the caps that come with the wheels.

Can you make those as a stick on cover to replace the Toyota emblem on the stock SR aluminum wheels? I'd be all over them if you could. I hate the chrome and plan to strip and paint it but these would be even nicer

For the amount of effort it would require to engineer and fabricate something that would run true with the wheel ... it makes most sense to utilize a proper fastener.

OK fair enough. Can you make something like that? Would be this in 55.5MM with some sort of fastener to hold it to the OEM SR center cap

I am in a hard debate between FX Countersteers and Level 8 Mk6. The fx at 18lb/rim and the MK6 is around 23L/rim and the mk6 is 250 cheaper. I am not a fan of the center cap on the Mk6 but I'm sure it could be swapped. Thoughts on why you're going with the FX?

You don't have the SR gauge cluster, the cluster in the SR was only used in the SR, period. You have the SR5 gauge cluster which means you have an SR5 or higher model truck. Post up a picture showing your wiper switch. Not from the back seat, not from 6 feet away, a good clear picture of the wiper switch.

Not sure if this is the place or not and I searched to see if I could find this already posted somewhere and didn't find it. I purchased the utility package that had cruise control delete. That wasn't a big deal as I don't use it a lot but then I came across a video where I could add it for roughly $16 and 10-15 minutes of time. So a couple weeks ago I purchased this: https://www.amazon.com/Control-Coro...8042407&sr=8-1&keywords=tacoma+cruise+control . It shipped from Germany so it took a couple weeks to come in. I bought it 10/20 and came in today. So I followed the video, plugged it in and sure enough it works. Anyway, I will link the video below in case anyone else wants to do this. It was very easy. One last thing, the one I ordered did not come with bolts, so you will need 2 - M5 bolts about 1/2" long. I had some from a TV mount.

I would either need a blueprint, or a wheel to take measurements from. I have steel wheels, and assume the alloy wheels are different.

I like the look of the 17" sema pro wheels, and the FN's are lighter. I also like that they don't have "TRD" or any weird decal on them.

Mine came with cruise, I guess that was an option?

Cruise control is part of the convenience package (LL) and is not available with the utility package (BZ) which is what the posters has. Cruise control is not an option if you have the utility package.

Makes sense since I have the convenience package
