I have a crack as well except on the driver side. It doesn't really leak but I've known about it since installing my s/c about a month ago. The trucks been fine.

Replacing it is everyone's 1st option. Sometimes you have to make due until you have the money. Yeah, not replacing it means taking risk.

There's some good apoxy's out there to that works good.

Replacing it wasn't hard, as koditten said. Like I said above I purchased a new Denso #221-3138 for $100 on Amazon. No shipping charge or tax.

I would not use leak stop, ever.

Damn thats a lot of love right there  Thanks for all the input.

I've been researching part numbers for the past hour. Looks like the dimensions of the radiators has been discussed quite a few times... I pulled the dimensions from Koyorad.com and came up with 20 3/4" x 24 7/8" for my v6 4x4 MT. Rockauto seems to have a couple in that size and my online dealer came up with $181. The aftermarkets are about $60-$120. I may try and run it until my next pay check. :fingerscrossed:

Does anyone else know they have this size radiator in their truck?

    None. Yet.
I put a 20" LED light bar on the front of mine. Cut out the plastic grille piece in the lower valence and mounted the light right to the existing holes in the bottom of the bumper.

Thankfully the dash had a couple blank spots for switches that required minimal modification to fit the rocker switch and it looks pretty stock.

I've run auto parts stores radiators on pretty much every vehicle I've ever owned, never had any problems. And like others have said, do it ASAP. You don't want to be doing that job mid winter.

My last tacoma went 300,000 miles. Still ran great! Body was shot.

That thing had 4 radiators replaced. All because of trauma. Deer, Turkey's, fence post and a pipe that fell off a truck ahead of me.

I tried whatever brand was cheapest when I was shopping for a rad. Every one fit perfectly. Amozon, eBay, rock auto, or auto zone. They were all easy to change.

Just buy whatever is cheapest. You won't have any issues.

I believe there is no aluminum radiator for the 3.4l v6. There is someone who makes a conversion kit for aluminum radiator for the older 3.0l v6 though. Maybe Offroad Solutions.

I couldn't find an all aluminum, every radiator I found had the plastic on it.

Call the Toyota dealer with your VIN and they will give you the OE part number for the radiator. Use that part number to cross reference aftermarket and you will get the appropriate size.

When I did this for my radiator swap this is what I posted: I gave the dealership my VIN. They gave me an OE part number that was cross referenced by the radiator place. It is the 20.5" radiator for my truck.

That's a 98 3.4 4x4 5MT. I'm pretty sure your 95.5 will be the same. I believe the larger radiators are for auto transmissions but the manual transmissions can run the bigger radiators, albeit unnecessary.

These are the part numbers that come up from my local online dealership.

The first listing is the only one listed with Manual transmission. That top part number cross referenced to a TYC radiator and it gives me the 20 3/4" that Koyo also gave me for the manual transmission.

I just got off the phone with a dealership and they confirmed via my VIN that the first one is for my truck. Same as yours @Madjik_Man

Thanks again to all you folks.

Alright guys I regret going with a body lift and on top of my suspension lift. Other then SAS what could my possible options be to get around 4-5in of lift?

Why do you need 4-5in of lift? These trucks are great at 3" max
