Just made my second mortgage payment. Have not spoken to a single neighbor yet. We're doing it wrong up here.

 

Make sure to fine them heavily if they don't comply.

 

I don't think anyone should be fined for anything, they just need to pay their annual dues. Is $150 a year too much for maintenance? I think not.

 

You say that now. My dad was the president of his HOA and he's delt with some serious shit, and we live in "happy 16th birthday here's a brand new Mercedes" Texas. Had someone running a full fledged day care system out of their house with like 20+ kids being watched by one mom and of course she didn't comply to anything think she got evicted
