I'm trying to block out yesterday. It was a terrible day at the site so I called a mulligan and we're redoing it.

Not any more. That whole system has been removed in it's entirety. Now, anything he eats just goes right through him.

I opened him up to see what was wrong, turned out he died of acute lead poisoning. :notsure:

It's a good thing you were there to help him then. I'm sure you did all you could for him

That's me. Rusty knife and all, lol.

Just kidding. I'd never let my hunting knife rust. Especially since it's stainless steel and cost me over $100 when I bought it.

@Pugga did you get a recall for your truck? Just got one in the mail yesterday about needing to replace the brake master cylinder. Not sure if it was only for the 2014 year

Nope, no recalls. I know some things changed between 2013 and 2014, maybe that was one of them :notsure: The changes I'm aware of are suspension related though. I'll keep an eye out. What does the recall say is happening?

    Explosions. And spontaneous rollovers.

I think this is probably the recall for the brake master cylinder leaking into the brake booster, right? So far as I know it was for the 3.5EB only, and not for the Coyote motor that Pugga has. Not sure what the difference for Brake Cylinders/Boosters is between the motors, though. :notsure:

That's the one - master cylinder can potentially leak into the brake booster. Not sure the range and type of vehicles affected, just got the notice in the mail. I needed to replace my brake fluid anyways after doing my brakes a few weeks ago. This may solve that issue lol.

    Funny story

When I was a kid and in boy scouts we were doing a fundraiser (as usual) selling M&M's candy and they had a few prizes with the 1st place prize was a Buck hunting knife. Well I was all in and I knew it was going to be tough because some of the older Scouts were very into the Scouts and it's fundraisers and I really wanted to win a prize. I went door to door, I had my mom sell it her work my dad sell it to the guys at his work and hit up all my relatives that lived nearby to sell it to them and even went door to door around my neighborhood again just trying to sell as much as I could. I had a good feeling
Well when the contest was over we had to wait a week so that the Scoutmaster could tally up the sales and we would find out at our next meeting. So after what seemed like the longest week thinking about it all week the night was finally here. I went to Scouts and we did our thing, the Scoutmaster had plans for us to do some activities and talked about plans for our camping trip that was coming up. Last but not least was the announcement of the winners from our candy fundraiser. So they start off with the runners up - my name wasn't called; they announced 2nd place - my name wasn't called, then finally they announced the 1st place winner - it was me! I had won! I had won the Buck hunting knife with the leather belt strap. Well I was so disappointed I wanted to cry! The second place prize was a official NBA leather basketball and that's the prize I wanted! I didn't want a stupid hunting knife! I didn't hunt! I was into sports and I wanted the basketball. I had no use for the knife at all. It has haunted me my entire life. BTW I have no where that knife is now... Lol

    ....
When I was a kid I would have probably murdered my fellow scouts to keep them from selling as much candy as me if that's what it took for that knife, lol.
Basketball? F that shit. I was always so much shorter than the other kids when I was in school that basketball was always my least favorite sport in gym because all they had to do to block my shots was stand in front of me.
But a hunting knife? I started hunting as soon as I got my first pellet gun, lol. I was field dressing squirrels when my friends were playing Magic: The Gathering and Legend of Zelda, haha!

My EDC is just a $45 Buck Rush folder. :notsure:

That way if I lose it I'm just kicking myself, not committing seppuku.

My old one was just a Letherman folding knife with a 2" blade, and probably cost about the same. This one was a gift and is a Gerber 2.5" folding knife made from S30V steel. It's the steel that jacks the price up. This baby will never dull. I used it to saw through my 0/1 battery cable and it is still just as sharp as the day I bought it. Magic metal, I swear.

I love my 150$ EDC benchmade. Had it for about 4 years now and sharpens up nicely every time.
