The pro is supposed to have 2 more inches clearance than the OR factory. Your best bet in my opinion is not to perform any suspension mods. Just do a tire upgrade.

Wish it was that easy. Let me know if you see a barcelona red MT pro model somewhere in the 48-contiguous USA.

$41,989 - $500 Only options were all weather floor mats/door sill protectors and wheel locks

I told them I didn't want options mainly because I didn't want the useless predator steps so I was happy to see just those from the factory.

Did the same thing...no predator step, LED bed light (pretty sure I overpaid for that, but it looks cool).

How much is the LED bed light - is it just switching out bulbs?

I put a deposit down on Oct. 14. Just heard yesterday they were allocated my truck. Should have the VIN # in 3-4 days. Hoping to get it by December. Cement manual!

Hey everyone. I picked up a Cement TRD Pro on Halloween in Dallas. Last vehicle was an LR4, so I'm pumped to have something that I can drive a lot longer and not have the expensive repairs that come with a Land Rover. I've been trying to decide between the 4Runner and the Tacoma since July, and finally decided I wanted the extra cargo space of the Tacoma. So far, I'm very happy with my decision!

I found a cement online at a dealership on Friday, and started working on them with pricing on Saturday. Ended up with $1,000 off MSRP + free tinting, and I purchased all-weather mats and the bed mat "at cost" ($211 total after taxes). Only options on it were predator steps (which I'll be selling soon if anyone wants them) and the cargo light. MSRP was $44,653.

I think this statement is over-generalizing. There were no cement manuals within 7 hours of me. Going that far requires a few hundred dollars invested in one-way transportation, something I was not going to do, given the cost of this truck. People finding them on lots are lucky. I almost got one in NC that way, but it was sold under me right when I was going to do the deposit, after a week of negotiating with the dealer. Just happy my local dealer got the allocation and I can't stop with the incessant searching.

To those looking for a Pro, thought I'd offer another suggestion.

Requires some work, but go to dealerrater.com and search Toyota dealers' inventory one-by-one in your state; that's how I found mine.

    Happy hunting, well worth it.

Just to contribute to this thread so people are aware of pricing for a random buyer with no special dealer relationships.

Last weekend, I got my White TRD Pro Auto for $42,900 + TTL. No dealer fees. MSRP was $44,038, this included all weather mats, door sill protectors, and mud guards.

    No trade-in.

This was in Michigan. I ended up having to drive a couple hours from out of state, but it was worth it for ~$1100 off MSRP.

This forum has been super helpful for research purposes. I'm likely going to stop reading before I start hating my new Tacoma like most people here it seems.
