The other day I bought a can of MAF cleaner and cleaned my sensor after watching several YouTube videos. I had recently put in a new airfoil terms but checked it anyways and it was good. did nothing with the plugs as that is more in depth.

I had not considered winter gas as its still pretty warm here. No idea on when they actually swap/swapped. Also I never really noticed much change in my past vehicles for winter gas( Honda Ridgeline and Chevy Colorado )

how many miles are on the truck and when was the last time the plugs were changed? plugs are very easy to take out and and check to make sure they aren't fouled.

60k on truck. I bought is used with 45k or so and have not changed them. Some vehicles I have owned the plugs are real hard to get at. I haven't looked at them.on the Tacoma.

Yeah I would definitely take a look at them, I'd be willing to bet they are still the original plugs in there. Just got my tacoma a few months ago and still learning the ins and out of the general maintenance, but the general consensus on here seems to be to change the plugs every 30-60k. The plugs on these trucks are very easy to get to once the air filter is out of way.

If your in SoCal since the seasons don't change neither does your gas. In the Northern States, where seasons actually changes and we actually have a winter, spring, summer, & fall we do get different blends of gasoline.
