I should write a little bit more to whats going on.

So I guess I finally broke down, and decided I need gears I was tired of constantly watching my trans temp and driving around in 4. Not that it can't be done I just got tired of it so I decided I'm finally going to buy gears and be done with it.

Also along those lines I still rub in full lock at certain times, still on the cab mount and wheel well but Ive done all that I could without relocating stuff. But I needed to find someone to tub the wheel well, that was the key to most of this. Austin "wolffab" was willing to take on the project of relocating the cab mount and tub the wheel well. So I planned on tubbing the front even on 35s

Discount tire direct eBay 100 off 400 sale. Best time to buy tires imo. So Ive been waiting for the sale to pop up so I could buy new tires for the truck and car, was pretty set on some ko2s. Well I went and looked at the ko2s and spent more time looking for tires on the car and thought I wonder if a single 37 puts me over the 400 mark to save 100 off each tire. So I started to think about 37s, but I knew it would only work if I had everything else ready

So first I called Austin and that was a go, gears was already in the check out, and I needed 17s so I emailed Vin if I could get my hands on a set for when the shipment comes in. So everything fell into place and I bought myself 37x12.5x17 MTRs haha

Also in 2yr or less the truck will be SASd, its been decided a long time ago. Probably should have just did it from the beginning but a lesson learned. So the tubbing will allow for 40s (hopefully) 17s will be sent to OMF for a beadlock conversion. So Im starting to plan the build out a little more than just buying shit for it that I want, Love my truck but know I could have done it better.

    Hopefully that answers some questions

Also a huge thanks to @G.T. he is that one who introduced me to Austin in the first place and was kind enough to let me borrow a 17" wheel for the mean time to have a better idea of what needs to be moved. So heres what a truck thats trimmed for 35s looks like with 37s, my wheels will be 1 inch wider than my wheels I have now and 1.5" wider than his wheels so final trimming will be saved for when my wheels get to me

Bruh. Love the thinking. It's like mine except, I'm like I need to trim like 1 1/2" to properly fit 34s without rubbing. Why not just trim the 2.5" for 35s? Then I need spacers or new wheels, then I'm probably still gonna rub so why not just 37s? Then I'm like damn, if I'm gonna run 37s I might as well SAS. Then I look at my bank account and I'm like nah, I'll just trim for 34s.

Your shit gonna be dope though! #Battleship
