Ordered a Uniden 520proXL CB. Having trouble figuring out what coaxial cable to get. FireRing? stealth mount cable?

This is in my cart. Is it right?

That will work. But a regular cable will also.

is there a difference between the fire ring cable and a regular one?

I havent ordered the antenna yet. Should I? 3 ft or 4 ft?

 

Where are you mounting the antenna?

 

Fire ring cable would be used when it is harder to have the cable come straight up from below the antenna. I used a regular cable since my antenna is mounted to my rack. Fire ring works best for spots like the bed mount by the tailgate

 

4 foot antenna if you are mounting by tailgate.

 

Tim is giving me his tailgate antenna mount. I hope it will work with my swingout

 

Gotcha. Get the fire ring and 4 foot antenna then.
