Love the look and size of the tire. Just be aware that trimming and the CMC are a must. I do not see being able to clear these without the CMC even just DD due to the amount of slanted driveways that vehicles turn into, and speed bumps.

Check my media page for pics. I've got a mere 2" lift up front.

The 34s stand 33" tall not 33.5" as I expected too. Manufacturing tolerances probably vary.

The bad: I have slight rubbing on stock UCA on full lock. I have cosmetic rubbing on mudflap when turned and compressing suspension.

The good. My mudflaps are on. The ride is so much smoother than the 10 ply 275 70 17s I was running. They don't look skinny IMO. There is no rubbing anywhere else. Im running stock rims.

These tires are the size I will run until I sell the truck or the stop manufacturing them. Simply amazing.

Well that settles it. I have a 3" lift with Icon UCAs. Looks like I'll be getting the 34s.

ah damn, now you added another tire option to think about. i was looking at 285/70/17 or 255/80/17 and now you introduce 34/10.5/17 so many decisions!!!!!

Hey, Gang, I ran them for a little while. They didn't touch the cab mount or UCA on my truck. I have icons set at 2 inches and stock UCA, and 1.25-inch wheel spacers. I never wheeled with them, so that could have caused rubbing. Once they are mounted, they are smaller than 285/70/17 km2s. Just shy of 33 inches tall, and skinny than 285s. They ran great and felt light compared to Km2s. Great road manners. Here is a pic of them on my truck. I just so happen to have them for sale on here as well! Good luck.

Id argue that the 285s dont stand 33" tall. Id bet they are smaller in height than the 34s but only advantage is width. If thats an advantage for you.

Check @Dissent86 build thread, he runs the 34X10.5X17 on 17X9 rims and his measured 33.2. He has some good pictures too. These tires are in the top 3 for me.

Yeah a solid 33". I was expecting maybe 33.5" but im happy with then. I was pretty concerned about the width TBH.

Well chaps....I ordered the 34s on Thursday. They should arrive this coming week. I'll check pictures once I get them on! I'll be sure to take detailed measurements of clearances too.

I'll be keeping it stock for the time being but I plan to regear in the future when I address my painfully open diffs. Not familiar with ratios so I'll need to read up.

Just got mine put on yesterday. They're wonderful. It's more like a true 33 than a 34. In my opinion, it's perfect. For those of you that don't want the extra width of a 285/70/17 this tire is the one for you. They are every bit as quiet as my Nitto Terra G2 tires. No rubbing of any kind thus far. Even going lock to lock. Jury is out on when they are stuffed up into the fender wells but I'm sure I'll find out soon enough!

    Before.
