Soo much twisting extends the wires sooooooo much.

It does but if planned right, it takes up less space, the wires are all used, and it is super flexible.

How does that location for the battery work? On voltage drops or slow cranking?

It takes an extra half second or so to crank up on cold mornings, thats about it, haven't seen any voltage drops or anything. Still on the stock battery, probably gonna move up to a better battery soon

Ok let me know if you spot anything that doesn't look correct.

Green wires from switches going to relay posts 86
Yellow wires from fuse block to relay posts 30
Black/red from relay posts 85 to ground post on fuse block.
Relay posts 87 open for running wires to the lights.

I plastidipped the Pelfreybilt fuse panel thinking it might soften the edges where the wires pass through.

I have been planning on adding an additional fuse block to power some additional accessories. I finally have all the bits and designed the mounting plates. Below is the design I am going to get routed out of aluminum and the basic wiring diagram to help me plan things out.
I have everything but the Stryker SR-89MC but that is a future install at this point. The cap has a pre installed LED light that I wired off of an inline fuse holder currently. At the same time I ran another wire to add a 12v outlet back there. I will build those into a waterproof box that I will mount in one the cubbies in the bed so they are out of the way. There will be 2 additional 5v USB regulators installed in the cabin. One by the headliner for my Bluetooth hands free thing and one to the left of the steering wheel to charge my phone in the A pillar RAM mount. Any additional low current chargers can be powered off this circuit. I will also parallel a female 3.5mm with the Aux input beside the shifter. This will allow me to use 6" USB to lightening and 6" 3.5mm (1/8th") male to 3.5mm (1/8th") male cable to connect my phone to the stereo and charge it.
I work in TV and do a lot of wiring and installing of gear. So the plan is to keep it a clean and simple wiring install. I know first hand from work the key to troubleshooting if you need is having your interconnects clean and well laid out.

You'll need to ground the coil on your relays. Also member Yotamac makes fuse panel mounting plates (vendor). Probably easier than making your own:thumbsup:

I googled around to try and find the panel location I want. I want to put the breaker by the existing fuse panel and the fuse box on the other side of the engine. There is an open space in my 6 speed between the fender and the air intake.
I totally forgot to put that negative terminal in. Thanks! I was going to more the overall wiring and fuse/relay assignments etc.
