 I've seen pics of him doing some crazy shit too. Yeah saving for the regear and ARB currently. Going on an "overland wheeling trip" next week with some second gen's next week with no 4WD. Gonna test how well a locked prerunner works. Did the 2low anytime mod, just going to disconnect my front DS so I can get 2low with no front diff interference.

haha did pretty much the whole trail, could take the hard lines every time but just putting the locker in helped a lot. Granted i have good wheel travel and im regeared.

i can't believe your on 4.10s and 35s still. I hated it offroad. Was awful. Thank god i didn't have to do any real wheeling with that gearing setup.

This def makes me feel better. Granted you have a bit more weight in the rear but I look forward to trying it out. And yeah It wasn't terrible minus needing to go wayyyy faster than I wanted to over obstacles especially since I'm M/T.

I doubt it came off the motor, but those bolts are common in the engine bay  check grounds, radiator bolts, airbox, a/c lines where they attach to frame. Could also be from trans area, but again, probably just a bolt holding a line in place

While I agree, my wallet really disagrees. That's the plan though, hoping to be ready for RT2017.

That should be easy. Think rt2017 is in October. Lots of time. And all summer wheeling season to dial it in.

Hmmm guess I won't be getting redline besides rear diff fluid and transfer case. Even valvoline is what a lot of other people recommend on here I'm gonna try castrol transmax and see where that gets me. I'll check the fluid every oil change to see how long it will last. Thanks for the input!

And I thought my truck had a lot of miles, but than again almost every 1st gen has over 250k so my little 138k on the odometer isn't that much compared to other vehicles. I'll see if I can find any info about it. I see a lot of people complain about bad services at a valvoline but not the oil, i'll keep look.

Check your battery hold down. I (tried) replacing my alternator today but O'reilly's brand can't fit my tensioner on right. Looks like I'm going back to OEM but that's where that bolts looks like to me.
