    I have one of those. I wasn't too overly impressed with it in PvP and went back to my 77 wizard. It's slow, but it packs a hard punch. My roll might be a crap one though, so I'm not sure.

    mine's smallbore and enhanced battery. wanted accelerated coils as a 3rd, but it'll work for now.

    Ive tried a few of them Vigils. One had all range perks and the other was all about the quickdraw. I didnt like either in PvE, which means I definitely wouldn't in PvP

    That is correct. You must do the monitors, the binary puzzle, and beat Aksis to gain access to the final monitor and the final chest.

    So we got to Aksis in 40 min last night cause the people we were with were pro status raiders. No wipes until we hit Aksis 1.0. we almost beat 2.0 a few times but little things like him moving before a slam or even the slam not registering caused a few wipes. We set up the final part for Friday night to finally kill him. We did however miss a monitor after the DZ cause we pushed fwd before he grabbed it.

    So many lessons learned but I have no doubt that we will get it done.

    The other good news is these guys totally agreed to help us do CM and HM. Its nice to find players like that on Destiny.


    Got a shit ton of gear and a few exotics that i didnt have time to open. Ill have to spend the first 20 min tonight doing that and then getting my Dark Drinker ready for Friday.

    We can try and get it done for you sometime this weekend if you're available, maybe get some Sherpa help. It's been tough to get the high level guys to do normal mode ever since hard mode dropped but I can try to get some of them together.

    Binary is easy once you understand how it works. Hope this helps

    Binary numbers are represented as such
    0000
    8421

    What ever is is "1" in the sequence is what you count. Reading right to left the first digit is 1, then 2, followed by 4 and finally 8. If more than one digit is 1 then add the numbers to get the numeric version. Remember 1 is on and 0 is off

    This should help you out.
    0000=0
    0001=1
    0010=2
    0011=3
    0100=4
    0101=5
    0110=6
    0111=7
    1000=8
    1001=9
    1010=10
    1011=11
    1100=12
    1101=13
    1110=14
    1111=15

    We did the raid start to finish on Sunday in a hair under 3 hours and got all the monitors. It's been a number of years since I've done binary coded decimal but it came back quick, I could spout off the numbers before anyone could read it off a chart. We kicked off the quest but I've been in DC most the week and won't be back till Saturday to finish it and raid again.
