    I need a 4 season tent.

    crock of shit!

One campground is open, but the only park entrance is up north. Not gonna drive all the way up just to come back down. :(

Guess my planning continues. Or I just buy a welder and vacation in the garage.

    Doesn't sound fun.

And I'd probably make it worse. But, I do want/need to make it pretty, even if it only lasts a few days.

The trip would be sometime during the week. I'd like to go MTB'ing, but... stuff I want to ride, I should have someone with me (Portal Trail), and the derailleur is on its last leg.

Sounds like the bike needs some maintenance. Bring it over and we'll whip it into shape. Wife will be gone most of Sunday and my truck is stuck in the garage waiting for concrete to dry.

Only if I can sign my name in the concrete!

Might have to... the derailleur is past saving I think. The jockey pulley bearing does not have much left I think. I need to put the new dropper on as well.

But watching a video of the portal trail... maybe I'll have to hit up Moab and just rent a bike. I'd probably save enough in gas from the drag of it being up top. :D And if I fall off and die, maybe they'll just write the bike off as a loss.

I might have a spare set of jockey pully's. Need to check if they are sram or shimano.

Just remember...if you rent a bike it may cost you the price of a new bike if you like it too much :D
