ARE Shell. Pelfreybilt front bumper. hi-clearance rear bumper w/swing out. Rigid light bar/fog lights/reverse lights. Pelfreybilt front skid. Home/hand made slidders. DR front coilovers. Camburg UCA. AllPro Expedition leaf pack w/u-bolt flip and Timbren bump stops. 285 70-17 on stock rims with Spider Trax wheel spacers. EBC slotted/drilled rotors with green pads.
Butler Peak Lookout sits on top of Butter Peak. It is between Fawnskin and Green Valley Lake. It is at the end of Butler Peak Road or 2N13C. Pretty easy drive up to it. At the end is a little parking area and you have to hike up some switch backs to get up to the fire lookout. Pretty awesome views from up there. IMAG1538.jpg

I'll make up a poll for us to vote on tomorrow. Keep the trail ideas coming. Anyone interested in Gold Mountain? If enough people want to go we could always split up into two groups; one for easier trails and bypasses and one for harder stuff. Thoughts?

You have back seats, so why not take them along?

If I could arrange flexible drop off time with the Ex I'd be going but some battles will never be won :(

Still being figured out. I think some are going for a day trip and some are interested in camping. So a little bit of both haha.

I'm out for this one. Mojave run is next week and I'm up to my ears with making routes and plans. There's a 13 mile stretch that was washed out from the august monsoon season which we have charted a detour for. Anyhow, this BB run is a week before my Death Valley run. I haven't even had time to get my mind ready for that one. Thankfully Danny and the t4r guys are handling those specifics.

If anyone is planning a Mojave run in the coming months hit me up for details on the trail. Here is the detour we're going with (detour in red) We'll also be data logging our route to .gpx so I'll be able to share that as well.

Enjoy the Big Bear all. Snow wheeling in a few months I hope. Cheers.

Busy around that time. Plus i blew out my tire on the Ocotillo Wells meet, so i need to get a whole new set.
Anybody going there during snow season?

Yes, Saturday the 19th. I put a question mark after the time in the OP since we still have some time to discuss it.
