Buying 2017 trd pro wheels. What about tpms

Going to buy some 2017 trd pro take offs. Will my 2013 tpms sensors fit? Its rather new and i searched and nothing came up. Thanks in advance. This is my first time purchasing rims for a car with tpms

 

Welcome to the site. Yes, your TPMS will fit. We have a few guys running those wheels. It's not really new for 2017, those wheels have been around for at least a year if not longer. I think they were in the 4Runner first.

Anyone know if the wheel offsets are the same with the 4Runner and Taco Pro wheels? I believe the Taco Pro wheels have an offset which gives the truck a slightly wider stance.

 

I believe both have a off set of 11 mm

 

4runners have an offset of +4
Tacomas are +13

 

11 mm is nothing

 

Tocoma sport wheels are 30 mm off set.

 

.43 in- on each side .86... that where Toyota gives the pro a 1" wider stance.

Going with a 275 tire does pretty much the same thing

 

i'm still trying to understand wheel specs...

does a larger +ve offset mean that they'll create a wider track?

 

+15 sticks out further than +30, for cars at least.
