Thanks, I knew of these sources and had wondered if the ones at ruff stuff might work (the ones with the bolt heads on the same side) but given the minimal photographs i can not tell. Do you know where there are more photos?

$36-40/each is a little ridiculous so I figured a DIY or local machinist or Chinese machinist might be a better option since i no longer have access to a metal shop.

Regardless, for both me and the archival value to the site, thanks for the links.

Didn't "flush" it persay. Just took a turkey baster and sucked it all out of the reservoir. Filled it up and drove it shifting several times. Then sucked it out again and filled it again. Gonna let it go a few days and see if it's dirty if not I'll let it go. Mechanic friend said I could open a bleeder and flush it that way, but doing it alone I would risk getting air in the system.

Found out my radiator has a slight leak, that or the hose is seeping. Hard to tell. Either way another thing to watch I guess

How is it too tall? It's eibach/bilstein with v6, bumper and soon to be winch. Also it's probably the angle of the pic that makes it look too tall

Anybody have any idea the hub to fender measurements on rears before a lift?

Also, does anyone run the wheelers 8 leaf pack?

    Stuff and junk and things...
For machined 4130 it's not a bad price for what you get. You won't get it cheaper at a local machine shop unless you make them mild steel or a run of 1000+ or both. Call Ruff stuff and ask, they also have tons of email sales going on so you might be able to save 10-20%. What are you going to use them for?

For anyone who's replaced their door seals, did you glue it with the plastic panelling off and then stuff the panel ends behind the new seal? Can't find the FSM page with the actual process but I think that's how it's supposed to go to keep the panels tight. 3M the inner clip molding and wait for cure, then pop the panels behind the inner seal lip?

Need to add a hang glider rack. (using it to bring home 20' metal sticks and lumber also) But i need to keep the bed free for a camper so it is looking like a half assed exo-cage.

I looked up mine too, sure enough.. no recall. These have to be considered wear items now, so regardless of recall, I gotta change mine out. Grease has leaked on drivers side, still tight. But the nightmares must stop. So, $200 shipped OEM to my door, elbow grease and some locktite...I'll be ok

Good move! Watch your bolts trying to back out from vibrations. Tighten about 1.5 eyeballs tight, not quite 2 eyeballs. Don't white knuckle to much.
