Ok have a question .... I'm getting a slight vibration when driving the truck, today i jack up the front drivers side tire from the LCA and spin the tire and I can hear a clicking sound clearly from the diff. I did the same on the passenger side and nothing. could it be the Needle bearing?

Any resistance in the tire/wheel rotation? Try doing it with your wheels fully turned on each side, and feel for binding. To check the needle bearing put it into 4hi while driving and see if the vibs go away.

Also try jacking it either at the front or side frame to allow the CV to droop fully. Not sure if your specifically trying to replicate the wheel being level for the clicking, or if your concerned about the CVs.
