    Poor tree :( I need to trim mine - all of them. I need to "open them up" and get rid of crossing branches and the dead/half dead ones. Mine are all close to twice the height of my house. Don't want to lose a single one of them. Thankfully there's nothing for them to tangle with, so they can keep growing.

    protection from the elements.
    Noise deflection.
    It's to big to move into position during a storm. It barely goes through the side door of the garage. Would have to shovel a path before I could use it.
    With this I can set it up before the storm hits and if I need it I remove the back and fire it off. It stays inside during storage.

    Makes perfect sense. We do kinda the same but to keep the sand out. But I carry one on my truck that stays exposed all year. I go through a lot of Stabil and Sea Foam.
