Dogs......Actually I should really say dog. We have three, but the newest one has taken to destroying what was a perfectly good sectional.

I am putting in Adams @Nicetacobro lift. He's got Billys and a AAL not bad at all. If you find time before or after the leaves your welcome to swing by. Oh and ouch, that couch!

I've successfully used mouse traps to keep the dog from doing things like that. BTW, the mouse trap idea came from a dog trainer... :crapstorm:

Do by any chance have those wheels? I might swing by and grab them if you do and drop them at the tire shop for some rubber and steel.
Good luck with that! I did round one yesterday before it rained. I'm very glad I did, raking wet leaves sucks!

Morning peeps. Speaking of leafs... Glad I spent the money and purchased a commercial grade leaf blower. Used to have a cheap Echo from home depot, but compared to the one I have now that thing was worthless. Have a (pardon the spelling) Shindawa now. Well worth the money, especially if you have a lot of trees.

I have one, but the older leaves that fall and get into the grass it won't get out. From here on in, I can use the blower but I usually have to rake the first round, mow the grass short and the blower works well after that.

Cayenne pepper on stuff I didn't want my pup to destroy. Pretty funny watching her try to get that stuff out of her mouth. She broke the habit very, very young.

I still haven't done round 1 on leaves in my yard yet. Was hoping to yesterday afternoon but didn't happen.
In my town though we just have to pile our leaves by the street and the town comes around and collects them.

Anyone ever install a winch in a plate bumper before? I'm trying to figure out how you can move the selinoid box when it comes side mounted like these? I can see the ones with it mounted over the spool but not sure about these.

I've got a Husqvarna that I think falls into the mid-high range (not commercial) that I like a lot. There isn't too much I can't move with it. Unfortunately the majority of trees in my yard still have their leaves on them. I did a final mow last weekend which got the first batch off the grass, but this rain (which yesterday wasn't predicted, at least according to the weather app on my phone) threw a wrench into my plans. I was going to give the Taco a final wash and hit it with some sealant for the winter.

I'm stuck working 3 PM to 3 AM all next week, so hopefully that gives me some time to work with.

I have a shitty electric blower but just use it around the house.

Most of my leaves haven't fallen, and the ones from across the street always blow in my yard grrrr.

I just use the tractor to pick them up and dump in the bed, then periodically drive up the street to the dump

I'm running a Stihl backpack BR600 to pile them and a yardman leaf vacuum to shred. So far only 2 clean ups. I figure I have one more as I have the mother of all white oaks in my front yard. Those like to hang on to the leaves for quite a while.

Did you contact him about a 2005+? I thought I saw him building one about a year ago or so on IG.

When my dog was a puppy, we tried that. The problem was, he was so dumb, he'd keep licking whatever we put it on, get sick, then keep going back for more.
No worries, I'm not in a hurry for them, i'll meet up with him some other time.

I have a superwinch and had to relocate the box in the engine bay of my Tacoma. Basically just take it apart and extend the wires. Wasn't to bad of a job.

It's now in my 4Runner on the winch

I take it you had to fabricate the wire connections yourself or did you make them out of the supplied wires.

I bought some wire at Home Depot . Crimped on some connectors and that's it . Couple of self tapping screws held the box in place on the fender well on the drivers side.
    It's only 3 wires .
