I tried it on a friends truck and it didnt fit but he will be making some for the manual console in the future

FYI guys he said to tell you folks he's restocking the cup holders everyday so if it shows "sold out" it will be updated within 24hrs

 

Haven't had mine shipped yet. Still waiting.

Got it. Installing it tomorrow.

 

Got mine yesterday going to install today! Were y'all able to drill the two screw in without removing center console or did y'all remove it to drill screws. Not trynna drill through any wires lol

 

I used the self tapping screws to start the hole while I held the cup holder in place as a template. Once I had a hole in there I just made sure there was nothing behind the console and then screwed it down snug.

It's not screwed in on the first pic:

 

Last time I removed it I didn't see any wires around that area. Hang on let me see if I can find a photo.
Edit:can't find one but the last post on here and from my experience when I removed to change the bulb means you should be good to go.

 

I was trying to remember if this was the case too (it's been a while since I've removed that piece).

 

Same here the only thing I remember was the shifter trim piece under the trim that was present. Don't wanna remove it because the LED bulb I have in there isn't snug with the connector.

 

Installed this yesterday.
Had to do a few modifications, both clearencing and upgrading the hardware.

Hardware - 1/8" steel screws w/speed clip on the inside of the console. This tightens up the console alot better.

Clearencing - The cup holder lip that "clips" onto the groove of the auto shifter needed to be trimmed about 1/2-5/8" from the top.

Reason being, extended cabs w/passenger bucket seat, slide forward to access the back seat. If the cup holder would of been mounted in the original design position, the passenger seat would make contact with the cup holder. The bucket seat can only move about halfway forward like this.
So in the pics you will see how forward the cup holder is is order to clear.
