I have an extremely active job. . . See avatar. . . I lift 5x a week usually and I do nothing short of bust my ass to death. I am never recovered. . . Just part of the game. As long as it doesn't affect you to the point of not being able to perform 100% at work, then I'd say it is what it is. Soreness is alright. Pain is bad. I had to stop deadlifting because my back was too sore and affected my work. Perhaps it's a single exercise holding you down?

That container I get from Vitamin Shoppe has 65 servings, and it's $35-38 usually, unless it's on special. When I first started taking it, I would take 1-2 scoops. I developed a tolerance to it, as you will with any pwo, and now I take 3-4 scoops. It took me a good while to there though. I may quit using it for a month so my tolerance goes back down, and then continue again with 1-2 scoops. The ON I think has a little less caffeine, but has BCAA's in it, that's why I like it. I'm not really interested in some of the pwo's have have a shit ton of caffeine, ON works great for me.

That's a pretty busy schedule, taking a a day or two off during the week from working out might help.

Or you just work through it. Being Sore is part of it. If it's pain then you need to back off. But sore is going to happen. I pulled 375 on deads, 250 on single arm squats and my normal leg day routine including weighted lunges and I'm sore as shit today. BUt not in pain.

It's holding the bar with my right arm only. I can't get my left into that position after surgery so I just power through use my traps to really hold the bar steady and go for it holding it with the one arm

    Squats 4x10 @ 115
    Deadlifts 4x10 @115
    Leg extentions 5x10
Single Leg Hammy Curls 5x10 (each leg)
    Adductor 5x10
    Abductor 5x10
Weighted step ups 2x10 (each leg)
    cable kickbacks 3x10 (each leg)
calves 2x10 each position (toes forward, out and in)

Also did some AB stuff :)

I haven't really done too much testing of my limits honestly. for squats on a heavier day I've been doing anywhere from 135-155. no clue what my 1rm would be...should probably try to figure that out sometime. lol Deadlifts I normally start at 115-135 and the highest I have gone is 180.

Well, Savannah was a cruel bitch to my diet. The wife finished her half in I think a little over 2 hrs. She averaged something around an 8 min mile. The guy who won the whole thing did the full marathon and averaged a 4:something min mile. He got done with the full before she finished her half. He also looked like he weighed 90 lbs. I went to the gym and did legs while she ran and PR'd on deadlifts. Got 435x1 with no belt, no straps, and barefoot. I was happy.

    sqauts: 135x10, 225x10, 315x3, 365x1
    deadlifts: 225x10, 315x6, 405x1, 435x1
    leg extensions: 3 sets
    leg curls: 3 sets
    quad leg press: 3 sets
    calves

Ate a Philly cheese steak, BK for breakfast twice, pizza, Krystal's, Panda Express, etc. It was terrible...grilled steaks when we got back yesterday. Weighed 214 this morning.

I did keto for 2 weeks and couldn't think straight. Carbs are your friend.

x2. I got some on Prime day and 1 lid has already cracked. I don't ever use them anyway. I usually just put my shit in Tupperware containers.
