Hmmm. Well kings were the cheapest I found. 992 and free shippin. And not any more for ext. Already have ucas so..
Sigh. I just don't know. I might. Trying to figure out my current lift height.. I wanna say it's like 3". May just be 2.5. But I really don't wanna go lower than where it's at now. Rub issues. Lol. They might be able to be corrected.

Brushed ChassisSaver on the middle 1/3 of the truck. Prepped the last 1/3 under the engine for tomorrow. Built a tent around the truck and put a heater under it since my garage is full of projects.

Neglected to fix the gutter on the house.

If I ever have a build page I will devote a post to tricks when painting Chassis Saver without removing the bed or cab. It is a pain in the butt. But I found that a tooth brush is just as useful as a paint brush. And to get the tops of all the framing a 4cm x 4cm square of terry cloth totally saturated and rubbed over the top of frame works. It looks like crap, but it is the only way I found to do it. Then i will follow that post with a rant about why you should remove the bed and the cab and all electronics before spraying chassis saver.

I also drove the Pistol Lake Trail earlier that day too... It was lots of fun, my lift and tires got me through some nasty ruts from 4-wheelers. There were more than a few places any truck bigger than my Toyota wouldn't have been able to fit through!

Ha yeah already beat it more than I was comfortable with. Shifted my lower fender back. Lol. Any more and my door will rub the fender. Already did but fixed that. Not sure why I've had more issues than others with that damned pinch weld. I wanna take a grinder to it, but afraid I'll grind through. Idk..

Can anyone tell me tho, what my lift height is approximately? I measured from ground to fender and it's about 39". From what I've read iirc that's about where people sit with 3"... There's 2" top plate spacers, as well as what looks like poly coil spacers on bottom too..

Solo motorsports is running a 20% off sale. Pretty good pricing going on now for kings, UCAs, and fully fabricated spindles.

Haha, yeah I know... The spacer lift was on at time of purchase. Back then I had planned on doing the rest soon after the ucas I put on (as the stock ucas were rubbing on coils) but just haven't got around to it, due to many reasons.. But yes, it's finally time.

Took it on some trails for the first time in awhile, my front suspension doesn't seem to like to flex as much as I want it to so I'll have to disconnect my sway bar next time to see if that helps. Overall performed alright, this hill took awhile to get up cuz I couldn't catch any grip, sand was super loose, but eventually a bit of a running start got me through it... My jeep friend wouldn't stop making fun of me

If you ever offroad. That sway bar should be in the nearest dumpster.

Lol yea I know, everyone says that, but I had it off for a few months and it was drifting on the road pretty good so I threw it back on, I'll just have to disconnect it the days I hit any trails or rig some quick disconnect up or something, no big deal. Feels much more planted on the highway.
