Alabama thread!

Pretty weather yesterday up on the skyway. It was a little hazy but really comfortable on the bikes!

We really really need some rain! Everything is so dry and according to the restaurant on the mountain they are having to truck water in to stay in operation. Time to start hanging rattle snakes on fences...

 

For me it was more of a general statement, not toward you or anyone else.

 

Disregarding anyone's personal opinions or preferences, we can all agree owning a gun requires responsibility and proper practice/training. I'm just glad to have all of you as friends who share the same mindset of understanding the need for protection, I have no fear that Alabama can stand up against whatever the government/terrorists throw our way....you know...unless it's a nuke lol.

Now let's all take the entire day to pray or meditate or whatever you may do to prepare for the election tomorrow...Killary is going to take the middle class down...

does walmart carry cheap 9mm ammo? the store I got my gun at had a lot, but I kinda wanted to buy like a larger box instead of buying 20 small boxes lol. Like for my .22 I got some 500 round boxes, but I understand 9mm can't fit that many lol.

 

I buy from Larry's, Wal-Mart or Academy. Sometimes Academy has pretty good sales, but their regular prices are a bit high.

Look for Winchester 100 round value packs, for range ammo.

 

so 100 round is about the best you can get? I got 2 FMJ 50 count and 2 25 count boxes of something else lol (shows my knowledge). He said the FMJ is great for practice and the other is what you'd want to load for the protection. I'm sitting on 150 rounds currently, minus what I shot Saturday...so I really want to stock up on some more.

tbh buying 250 round boxes usually isn't any cheaper than 50 rd at a time price per round

selwayarmory.com also has really low prices but kinda high s&H so I usually try and get like 5 other people to go in a put like a $600 order in and split shipping 6 ways. sportsmansguide.com as well and I think they have better (or maybe free shipping possible but slightly higher product prices)

 

anything right at $10 a box for fmj's is as cheap as you're gonna find it I think
