    I have a fitbit surge that's 3 months old. The band has a got a bubble in it then ripped open. I emailed fitbit about it they sent me a entire new surge instead of the band. Other than the band everything is in perfect working order and there is no scratches on the screen.

    A new band is $20 and you'll need a charging cable as they didn't send me that part. The cable is $8 at walmart.

    Asking $150. They retail for $250.
