Thanks there is a ton to do yet though.

 

This is what's coming together so far.

Any thoughts comments concerns?

 

I like it so far!!! Unique and I think it will look dope af!!!!!!!!

 

No get that saw back out and chop that exhaust pronto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Yea I will need to do something about the exhaust. I'll probably wait on that till the bumper and shackle flip are complete so it doesn't end up in the way. I'm thinking I might just cut it off above the axle though.right where it's bent down.

 

A lot of guys do it like that. I had a shop cut mine right before the last hangar, weld on a turn down tip, and weld the hangar back on....

 

Is the stock exhaust stainless?

 

Tail gate down, still have good clearance.

Well those are complete garbage, do not buy. Cut SLOW AND LOUD.

 

I'll go buy regular discs.

 

Last two packs of cutoff discs... Shit oh well it's a start.

 

First two pieces rough cut. Held somewhat in place.i will trim the point off later on.

 

@GsxRtaco I really like how you have the sides of the bumper shaped. I haven't seen a high clearance bumper shaped like that

As for the exhaust, I cut mine off in the spot you're talking about. Just let it dump over the axle. IDK what the factory exhaust is made from but haven't had a problem with it yet and it's been that way for ~5 years.

 

Yea I was just wondering if I could weld on it with my regular mig welder.
