Tax Returns

So its tax return time. What is everyone planing on doing with the cash if you get a return? This might be a good topic.

Note: I'm not asking the amount of the return just what you are hoping to do with it.

I'm planning on paying off my truck and credit card next month and if I have any left over save it for vacation.

 

ill be buying some 33s for my truck. i had thought i was getting more than what i was, but things have changed and i only got about half of what i did last year. kinda dissappointing! had some bigger plans that have to wait now...

Getting some new tires. I'm not 100% positive.

 

Putting it in the savings account, And some work on the house.....

Taking the fed return and paying off as much as I can on the state return.

 

I try to minimize my refund as much as possible. What I do get goes 50/50 into savings and towards the 'anniversary trip' fund.

I'm a CPA, btw... if anybody's looking for somebody to do their taxes....

Looking into getting a head unit... we'll see how much i get back

 

Repleneshing the savings from all the money I have been spending on the truck lately

 

Paying off a home improvement loan and then putting the rest towards the Tacoma loan or towards our vacation/5 year wedding anniversary.

 

Paying off a credit card, but I wish I could use for a lift ind tires though, maybe next year.
