Jon and David need those Icons and Kings. Or else they would get stuck.

Considering the fact the last time I actually wheeled was up by you back in may. With no lift and that soft worn out stock suspension.

He purpose built it to do what he needs it to do. Makes more sense than building it just to drive around the woods.

Oh I definitely agree with this. And it's better than a show truck on all accounts. I just think it's a bit unnecessary to go with expensive suspension parts, LT no less, and not plan on wheeling. I guess I just don't know what it's like to have money to blow like that haha.

Lookin' good. I don't really get what all the hate on 3rd gens is about. I mean I can't really defend how pigfat they're getting, but other than that. I would definitely like to see one offroad. Yet to.

@Tom mike is my good friend with a 3rd gen. We haven't been able to link our days off to camp but we will. And now my other friend Brian is going full expo build on his 4Runner. We hit a trip 2 weeks ago and going on another this weekend. With @cynicalrider coming on this weekends trip along with @PPansini10 id say my overland group is pretty well rounded :D Great thing bout the overland trips is I've yet to go to the same place twice and there's so much more out there to see!

    Preface:

I was just screwing around about running over trucks. I actually couldn't care less how someone builds their truck. I wouldn't REALLY pick on anyone's build on a forum :pccoffee:

    Point:

My truck is purpose built to "drive around in the woods". How does building it to drive in easier woods to shoot at animals making anymore sense than what we do? :notsure:

Both unnecessary hobbies. Unless he has no access to a supermarket. Then, I have no argument here.

There's a good chance he doesn't. Although I was shedding light to @sente3 's post. Not yours. Again, my point was that he built his truck to hunt or whatever which isn't a waste. I'm even worse. I'm building a truck that has only seen dirt once.

Is @Mobtown Offroad ready with their version 2.0 skids? I'd like them TW expressed if possible.

Like to put some faces to names so I'll see you guys at Rausch over the winter. I'd fancy a snow wheeling day there.

I know that the general grabbers I got aren't a popular tire for these parts but at $840 for 4 you cant beat that
