Just bought it Thursday. So far just derped the front grill. I'll probably redo it, though. The Plastidip went on super smooth. Then I used Rust-oleum's Flexidip glossifier and it made it all orange peel looking. As soon as I sprayed it on it started bubbling. You can still see where the bubbles were in some spots. It's also still kinda tacky. I'm gonna wax it and see if it helps. If not, I'll start from square one.

Mine came with the 4X4 emblem on the tailgate all the 4X4's on the dealer lot had them. Not sure if it is a dealer thing or if it came from factory with them on.

TRD Sport/OR do not come with tailgate 4x4, as it's on the bedside decal.

I haven't driven it enough to say yet. I am expecting it to go down, although I hope it doesn't go down too much. I can definitely feel the extra weight of the tires. I'll respond back after a few days of doing my normal commute

It was really simple. I bought everything off of Amazon:

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00I0MWPXU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BWB114Y/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NH11N5A/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I had a previous usb adapter before, so I didn't need to buy one of those, but you could use this:

    https://www.amazon.com/Hardwire-Sma...id=1478558531&sr=8-1&keywords=usb+to+fuse+box

I bought the new skeleton case for my gopro so that I would have access to the power input. I then routed the mini usb-to-usb up and into the headliner (didn't remove anything, just had to fold back the headliner back and stuff the wire in above it). I took the cable to the driver side pillar, and lifted the pillar plastic enough to route the cable underneath it and down. Once I got to the kick plate on the driver's side, I removed the kick plate so that I had room to unscrew the ground screw I wanted to use (below the fuse box). I then added the fuse tap, with a 5 amp fuse (for the GoPro) to the power wire coming off of the usb adapter and connected it into the outlet fuse location on the fuse box. Keep in mind that the new Tacoma uses micro fuses.

Hopefully that makes sense. If it doesn't I can make up a more formal walkthrough with pictures. If you wired it up the same way I did, you'll get power to the GoPro whenever your truck is on. I did this so that the battery wouldn't drain if I forgot to turn off the GoPro. I then decided to operate the GoPro without it's battery so that once I turn the truck off, the GoPro turns off. You will still need to turn the GoPro on when you start the truck however.

I recommend putting your GoPro on a loop, where the recording file will get overwritten after a certain amount of time. I chose 5 minutes. If I get in an accident or see something worth recording, I stop the recording on the GoPro to ensure that I recorded it before I lose it. The looping function will prevent you from having to delete your SD card every trip. When you want to record a longer trip, just remove the looping option and you're good to go.

I think with the TRDs they don't put it cause it says it on the side.

Naw Bro. When you are wheeling' the mall you put your oil-gas in the roto-pax. That way when the bros steal your shit they will think the bro'd up their brotor.

Or sugar. But sugar is a bit more vindictive. At least oil-gas has some reasonable usage.

If they need it more than I do, they can have it. Just don't let me catch them or they're going to be really sorry.;)

I also made it to fit under my tonneau cover. if that helps.

Yes. If they did put the 4x4 on the tailgate it would be pretty repetitive. BTW TRD Pros have the 4x4 emblem.
