Right but they shouldn't push a product if its total crap. I believe it to be a fluke deal but still he called them told them his goals/wants for the truck and they guided him to a bilstein set up that then broke on a logging road.

I dont hold them at fault and hopefully they can push bilstein to warranty it they seem like a super stand up company just blows for him

 

Thousands of Tacomas are using bilsteins. My self included and I've rarely seen any issues.
