i figured it out wow i got it back like it used to be now i can see it had been giving me headaches

 

My wife's is a mile if you drive around the parking lot 3 times when you get there. I can see the store from my front yard.

 

if i hadd to live in town for that idk if i'd like it otherwise i'd walk to work and have lunch at home that would be cool.

 

I remember pulling Firewatch a few times , lot's of fun ..... Not !!!

 

Mine's 4 or 5 and I do the same thing. I fill the gas tank once every 2 weeks.

 

I think she's walked once in 3 years.

But to be fair, she usually brings home groceries and it's quite often too hot to be walking...ans she comes home a lot at midnight when she has a closing shift.

 

i envy you folks living so close to work we've been talking about me getting a new job closer to home. i may have to wait until this place is paid off but that's not long

 

get her a bike that would be cool

 

When we lived in San Diego mine was 25 miles each way minimum. Sometimes further depending on the worksite.

 

yeah i wouldn't want my wife walking a mile home in the dark i'd have to go pick her up. car is safer

We don't have very much crime out here, but outside the city limits there are few street lights. Yuma County has light pollution ordinances and sometimes it's hard to see people walking on the roads. It's dark when I go to work and have to watch out for snowbirds in the mornings.

 

Needs a nice front porch, screened porch for the back!!! Love the wood floors. Smallish, but plenty of room for two and love the basement!!!

Yeah, I agree on the front porch, but the view is the same from the back. I think I may turn the back deck into a screened porch. Keep the skeeters out of the hot tub, at least! But first, and more importantly is an oversized garage, with a music studio/in-law suite in the back end of it.

 

They are impressive! I was crew while we were in an extended overhaul, and got to see her in dry-dock.
