I have always liked the way this truck looks. This is the same color and body style as mine. Can anybody take a guess at what size tires is on it????

If those are 33s, they're on 17s. The sidewall looks short IMO.

Right now I have a 3" lift and I got some Pro Comp Alloys Series 69 Wheel (17x9"/6x139.7mm) that are waiting for tires. Would I be able to go up in size tires (from the 265/65-17 without any modifying?

Because you have such a wide wheel, you could go to a 265/70r17 and have a bunch of tire poke outside the fenders. But that also depends on the shoulder of the tire you go with.

Any current pictures of your truck?

I think your best bet would be a 255/80r17 if you want a bigger tire. But you will have to do a little tiny bit of trimming up front.

Depending on how much those wheels stick out, it could be more than a tiny bit of trimming.

3" lift on stock UCAs... you're going to have fun keeping her on the road with a wheel that pokes out of the wheel well.

Don't forget that you have a 9" wide wheel. Check the tire size to make sure it'll mount a wheel that wide.
My vote goes to 285/70-17 but you'll probably rub unless you trim your fender liner.
