NW WA Meet / BS Thread

I was very briefly out there working for a company that has since gone under. Relatively easy access from 405 or 522, but parking sucked at the time.

 

No way?? They are right next to my campus! Parking sucks there btw.. people don't know how to drive there so just watch out.

No issues I love them. Instant on/off. And no I didn't install, I had back surgery the week before and couldn't pretty much.

The rear was cake. The front was a pain because the unit is heavy and you have to work it up there between the oil pan and the front crossmember. Pulling the CVS wothout marring them is fun as well. I did both in about 6hrs taking my time.

 

Anything going on this weekend? Anyone interested in a meet and shoot on Sunday somewhere? Hopefully I'll be getting a call to come and get a new toy in the next day or so. Itching to get out there and shoot it.

Well my fiance, that sounds weird to me, said since I got her what she wanted, I could get something I wanted. So I walked into the local gun store and low and behold they had a m&p AR10 on the shelf. Im a bit of a m&p whore. So I went home got my credentials and did the paperwork. I always get a delay so I wasn't too bummed I couldn't walk out with it.

Little did my fiance tell me, I was on the hook for purchase. Oh well, I just saved money on my truck insurance so it's all good.

I'm still hunting in Idaho until Dec. 1 but new rifle sounds sweet. Hope to try it sometime!

Edit: do you have any plans for optics yet?

 

Do you know of any spots between you and I to go shoot? All my spots are in the king/kittitas county area.

I used to have a Rock River LAR15, but sold it about 4 years ago. I've had my eyes out for a AR10 for a while.

 

Just realized this picture must go off my phone... if the wife sees my rifle on her 2k Victorian chair I will probably get neutered....

Depending on optics and furniture, that's close to a $1200-$1500 setup. Same same right?

My wife would strongly disagree with that statement lol.. however I agree with you...

 

$1300 gun that can turn the chair into kindling and protect the home...
$2000 chair that your wife probably doesn't let people use...
