I agree that i would also want one that follows the lines of the fender flares...

i must say though i LOVE this bumper...it is def. now competeing with shrockworks for my choice as to which one i get...

i do like the looks of this one a bit better though the more i look at it... i just like the fact that shrockworks is in houston and i live in houston...

hmm well i am not planning on getting one for a while yet so we will see

keep the awesome pics coming thouh!!! your work is killer

I was just wondering if you could show pics of how the outer and inner parts mount. You had mentioned adjustability, How so? does it use shims?

I like the fact thats the winch is enclosed but, did you design it for a certain type of winch? Like the 9.5xp/9.5ti for remote use only? http://www.warn.com/truck/winches/95xp_winch.shtml

Here are pics of it with the cutouts. The next ones will have the triangles cut out and then the CBI will be cut out in the center above the fairlead mount. That will leave a place for the license plates down where the CBI is on this one.

Here is the mounting for the winch mount that has the left to right adjustment. Kinda hard to see but the holes are slotted in the main three and then the other 4 mounting locations down below go through oversized factory holes. Except for the one of the bottom center two that the cross has a hole on one side and you need to drill it all the way through to fit the bolt.

And here you can see the holes in the side of the main winch plate support. There are 3 holes on each side and two that come down on top of the winch plate. So there are 10 bolts holing the bumper "skin" to the mounting plate. All 10 holes are oversized so there room to forward, back, up and down. To adjust for up and down you can put washers inbetween the winch plate and bumper "skin". That way you can adjust for the top being completely level and set the gap to be even on both sides, if say, your body doesn't sit perfectly level. The jig is level on all planes and when we mounted it to my truck we had to add two washers to the front passenger side mounting hole.

Tried to get the side holes and the lip on the "skin" that sits down on the winch mount plate.

As for what winches will mount in there, we designed it for the non integrated winch, but I think a integrated one would fit on the bumper, the issue would be the grille of the truck.

I just measured the bumper and there is room for the 9.5xp...

As for the 9.5ti... it will clear the bumper and I think it may actually clear the grille also and the very top of it would be just behind the grille. But you should be able to avoid having to notch the grille.

Brant, you guys should think about making a rear high clearance rear bumper to match the front:anonymous:

    I'd go for that.

Hopefully designing it wouldn't get you too far behind with your work tho...

Yeah, that one would match, but we don't make that one anymore.....that was the original. We know have what we call the BushMaster2.0 and it is absolutely B A to the Max! We have sent out two of them so far but haven't got any pics back of them on the trucks yet. It is a cut bed version of the TrailRider2.0 with the license recess in it and it tapers from the wheel well to the corn and from the center to the corner. Both have had swing-aways on them also. Here is a bare metal pic.

I couldn't find this in the thread, maybe I missed it but I had a couple questions:
    1. What is the final weight, or a ruff estimate?
    2. What is the final cost?

    Thanks
