    Took a a knife to a brand new Garrett cover . The taco is now running a hybrid GT3071R because I thought the last turbo looked dumb. Modified the insert and now the truck sounds like a jet!

    Dirt King Mid travel with King 2.5 coilovers, Baja Kits chase SUA with 14in fox smoothies under custom hangars.
    It looks as if he machined a lot of meat out of the inducer inlet. Probably gaining a few MM as well as creating a straight shot to the inducer, rather than the 'velocity stack' type of shape that most turbos have.

    Looks like fun playtime :hattip:

    That engine compartment looks way better with a turbo in it :thumbsup:

    Any chance you are gonna figure solutions for a larger fuel rail/ high flow injectors?

    truck is currently on low boost (4psi) since I need to find time to figure out an injector solution, but made a video so you guys can hear how it currently sounds.

    That sound is due to the compressor cover modification we made. It's much louder in my Subaru, I didn't want to make the truck as loud

    I refuse to run any Chinese parts, especially injectors on my truck. I own and operate a fuel injector business as well and have seen enough to not want to risk it with cheap Chinese injectors
