Havent tried that i suppose. I used wd40 yo get the dip off my grill surround and still had to scrub alot

Also, you may want to consider adding resistors in line with the lights if you're opening the switch up anyway. My aftermarket switches of this type are too bright to fit in with the OEM ones.

That's sucks man!!! I feel your pain though! Glad you and your dog's were okay! I hit one with my 08 in July doing 65 mph. Seven weeks in the shop and 10k later I got it back, as good as could be after looking like this!



I was so surprised at how much damage it did! My wife thought I was crazy when I started walking down the dark road towards where I hit it to check on it. Only to see the damn thing get up and stagger back in the direction it came from. I assume it went and laid down somewhere and died.
