Don't gloat too much, you don't want to loose friends over an election. While I might ;) share the same feelings, this thread should stay neutral/not political. Even as far as telling dems to leave the country.

"________: Not the president you need, but the one you deserve." I should have made tshirts of this in both red and blue and sold them to both sides for the last couple of months.

I noticed something I thought interesting around here - I can't recall seeing a single pro-Clinton sign or sticker, but there've been Trump flags on diesel coal rollers and signs everywhere and more than a few stickers. It's come up more than a few times we were wondering if Trump would end up taking the state/area since nobody seemed to support Clinton. Honestly I don't know if I'm surprised at the results (local and nationwide) or not. I just know I'm disappointed.

I am surprised about the tobacco tax though. Given this state's history and the topic in general I expected that one to pass.

I think that "nana nana boo boo" is pretty mild compared to some of the things I'm seeing on social media today

I'm surprised by this, as well...I voted "against" and I'm a bleeding-heart liberal.

While I didn't see many Clinton stickers, I saw Bernie stickers on 99% of Subaru's.

Not a fan of the minimum wage hike but at the same time, it was due. I was against it for the record. But that's from a business point of view. Whatever I might pay an employee, I basically have to match that amount to the gummit. Plus insurance...
The minimum wage does need to increase with the cost of living. When I entered the workforce, it was a whopping $3.35 an hour. That was 34 years ago btw.
Yes, gas was under a dollar, but just barely. Still had to pay rent along with my 3 roommates..

Be prepared to see that Big Mac double in cost. I will prolly raise my hourly rate as well depending on what I see. It's just how it works. Unfortunately, those on a salary, will not be getting a raise anytime soon.

    Sometimes I do these.
I'm making a duplicate of this frame for the inside of the Womens locker room at FCPD, for breast feeding purposes.

Sometimes I install simple frames and doors, this one is at Rawhide.

I also make my own brand of commercial sliding doors. This particular door is not mine, but it looks similar, mine is actually better, no shit.

But I did make and install a weather hood to keep the snow and ice off the track.

Sometimes I get to do projects.
Another custom sliding door for Rawhide, this one used a simple box rail system.
    Internal door framework.

    Skinned.

    Frame for the wall,

    Prepping the hangers

Hanger plates installed, less hangers for now.

    If that truck could talk.

    The building.

Cutting the hole in the wall. Committed at this point, building must be secured before I leave.

This was helpful. Notice the hook...OSHA says it's safe. ;)

Hanging, scratches by the ground crew..dicks.

    Finished product.

It's purpose is for removing and replacing equipment that won't fit through the bottom of the building and up the stairs. 9 floors up.

I also sell and install automatic openers for wheel chair access, access control systems, think card readers, mag locks, etc... Panic devices, closers, service and repair all hardware, basically a whore, anything for a buck.

    Hellooooo CO fools!

Heading back east as we speak. I need to move out here so i don't have to make the drive!

Just nearly saw a good sized moving truck flop on its side. Guy was driving like an ass, sharp corner plus gassing it plus hitting a curb, it got all the passenger side tires very close to if not just off the ground.
