Just got back on TW after a brief hiatus. You still lookin for a new antenna? I have a 4' and a 5' Firestick (5'er is brand new just chillen in my garage) and the 4'er is in the truck but im ordering a 2' so that i can still drive into garages after i get the lift on.

Open to giving up either on... make an offer. Not looking to make any $$ just recoup some of my dough. and id rather someone get some use out of it than it just go to waste in my garage.

 

I put my roommate's 295/70r17s on literally yesterday and was disappointed. On my first gen, at least, they just seemed... goofy. I thought it would be the perfect size, but they were too wide to have the narrow look but too narrow to stick out of the fenders (4.5" bs wheels). They also just didn't look tall enough...

The only things it would've rubbed on could be hammered or moved (my coilover's reservoirs)

 

You should let the board know, I'd be happy to pitch in and help get any TW member serving our great nation hooked up.

 

He's in a non-deployable billet, lucky dog. That means for 3 years he only stays home and trains; local exercises only. Basically, he's preparing the next batch of combat weatherpeople.

 

Dropped a little coin today and I'm finally Going to get back to building the truck, instead of buying Grom parts & knives. Ordered wheels and tires. Should be ordering a lift this week so I'm hoping to have the forst stage done by Thanksgiving.

Those are my stock wheels in the pic. Staying with 17" wheels and going with 35" BFG/ATs. They should be in tomorrow, but I wont be able to mount them unfortunately until i get the lift installed.

Going to throw a 6" Procomp kit on it to start. and then we cut from there. lol This is the beginning of the "master plan". But I can't afford to do it all in one go.

step 2 will be UCAs and better coil overs

We'll see from there what i break for step 3
