    Got the old one off and the new welded on. Will do the plating and put it all back together tomorrow. Got it within a 1/16", hopefully that is good enough.

    Solid job that pays well. You have to be up early as hell though. I considered doing it a few times but it never worked out with my schedule.

    Well. Pretty much decided to wait out Tippet. At least till after the holidays. If the next season and year looks promising. I'll stay for that. If it doesn't. I'll leave for something bigger better.

    I'm okay with early. Woke up at 5am all summer for the last 4 years.

    Sweet! Kinda lame location..but sweet!
