Surely it snows in the panhandle. I know some times it snows in dallas. Hell, it's snowed in Houston a few times since I was born

 

It'll probably depend on where that position would be. My guess is Austin or San Antonio.. I prefer small towns not in a big city.

I've had a really awesome, and occasionally crappy, on/off relationship with a rather amazing young woman from Texas for about 8 years. I would move there, for her, in a heart beat!

I really do not understand the hype around Austin unless you can afford to live downtown. I grew up coming here to visit my aunt a lot, went to UT for too long...

Oh and trust me so am I. I currently commute over an hour each way to work so I don't have to live In the big city.
