Krazy day today, every thing came together at once!

My New General Grabber AT2s arrived from tirerack.com:

I got the vibe shims made and installed on the carrier drive.

And I also got the Fog Light On Anytime mod done too!

The shims seemed to help a little, but apparently my biggest vibration was coming from the old tires/balancing (again) cause the vibe is virtually gone now with the new tires!

    Rock on! :headbang:

I still love those tires.... They were my first choice, then they told me that they stopped making them.

I wish I knew buddy! One of the steps broke in half and flew off while I was driving down the road one day and when I called the Dealership, they claimed they were after market add ons and they dealt with three different ones at the time, but wasn't sure which ones they used when I bought my truck from them a cpl years before. Worse yet, there are no apparent markings of any kind on the frame arms, nerf tube or individual steps to identify them.

Do you know if it's even possible to replace one step, I'll use a diff brand as long as it's close in appearance, or if I have to replace the whole thing?

I'm glad you asked. Is this just for lifted trucks? I was reading a different thread about the cb shims today, and noticed a lot of talk about lift height interfering with alignment. This didn't seemed to be mentioned in the thread I read first about adding the cb shims, just that it took away a strange vibration, and since it so many testimonials I fig it could be my problem too. But it looks like now, that maybe most of them had lifts on their truck. And since it didn't help much, I think I'll take the spacers off...oh well, they were fun to make!
