getting ready to install lift kit

i have 2015 tacoma limited 4x4 with a shell on bed and Ranch hand grill guard on front for now.
i have bilstein 5100s for front with 886 springs
bilstein 5100s for rear
Part Number CS047R 2 1/2″ lift complete rear Old Man Emu Dakar springs
spacer for lean

other parts if needed
Front Sway Bar Relocation Kit
Axle Degree Shims
Front Differential Drop Kit
extended brake lines for rear
carrier bearing drop kit

how much of this do i really need to install? also is there anything else i need?
i do not want any vibrations or anything lol

 

I read you don't need the front diff drop kit for 2nd gens. Idk about shims but everything else I have as well and will be installing

 

For a 2 1/2" loft you dont need any of that extra shit.

 

Yeah I don't have he extended brake lines, but sway bar and and carrier bearing for the fact that the sway bar will run on the coils and it will reduce the vibrations, if there are any?

 

I'd think an Axle Degree Shim and longer lines would be good.

 

You can either relocate it or remove it.

 

Yeah I still don't see why anyone that uses their vehicle as a DD would want that extra worry and remove it

 

like all things in life its a balance act. if removing it would make you crash and burn instantly then yeah i wouldn't. but thats not likely. But if your worried about it you can always just relocate it. For all the other things on list get the lift installed, cycle teh suspension and see if anything else is needed.

No vibrations. Everything else useless IMO unless you're going over 4"

 

I did none of those and have no vibrations.

 

All depends on the truck tbh. My friends vibrates like all hell. Mine wasn't bad but i did it just to be safe so if it did vibrate i wouldn't have to jack the truck up again drop the diff etc

 

I received the springs why does one have + on it and other one has () on it?

 

+ means higher spring rate than spec. Put it on the driver side. 0 means at spec.

With 886 coils you'll gain nothing by retaining the sway bar, but it's your choice.

You may or may not need the shims and / or CB drop. If you don't need one or both, installing them will cause vibes. Try without first. If you get rear vibes then measure you're driveline angles and decide which fix you need. I needed the CB drop.
