    Been in this same situation. If it doesn't leak then don't change it. I did exactly what you want to do and ended up breaking the stud. Those nuts aren't meant to be removed and dig into the stud apparently.

    ALL OF THEM!...Then some more.
    My dad is running the URDS pipes and DT LT headers. Needed two mufflers and it's stil loud as crap when you get on it.

    Dual exhaust and blower doesn't help though

    I thought URD spec'd to re use the OE gasket after the y-pipe ? I could be wrong but I think you need the flexibility of that OE gasket and the spring bolts at that junction vs. a rigid connection with a crush gasket ?

    You sir are correct. The sping bolts and that style gasket work like a stainless flex pipe. Reuse your old one if possible. The replacement from the dealer is like $50

    The benefit of headers on an n/a tacoma is negligible at best

    soooo im still not sold on this urd y pipe yet lol.. love it at lower rpms.. not so much when the pedal hits the floor though... might be able to get used to it though.. or i guess it could be the muffler to

    When I ran mine I had a giant Dynomax muffler and an 18" resonator and it was still obnoxious
