I was dropping about $15 a day to get from Hanson to Quincy, back in 2002 and 2003. Commuter to Braintree, change to Red for 4 stops. Ridiculous..

Only time I'll venture into Boston is for a concert now, and if there's a game at Fenway I just take the T from Braintree instead of paying $40 and up to park. Non game nights I can park for $15 right on Lansdowne.

I've noticed that there seems to be a lot more traffic at 5 AM than in years past. I've only been driving into the city for about 6 years now but it seems to be getting steadily worse year to year.

Right, that's what I see as well. I left to go to Quincy a few weeks ago and at 5am it was already a complete shit show on 93. Used to be able to fly right in at that time.

Same up here in Vt. I have not seen anybody from Vt. on this thread. I'm jealous everyone getting together to work on Tacoma's.

I finally caved and downloaded the Waze traffic app for my work phone. It takes me some routes that I'd never dream would be a good idea but it generally does a great job and keeps me moving. It's made my commute much better vs sitting in gridlock traffic.

I've formulated a theory on tailgaters around here. I think they're ex city dwellers. Nobody who understands that a deer could jump out in front of you on a back road would ever follow that closely behind someone.

When I can't see your license plate, you're already way too close for a back road. Had someone this morning that was so close I couldn't see most of their hood in my rearview mirror. I'm not driving slowly so I really don't understand it...

I started using Waze a few months back. Only thing that irritates me that is you need to have data always on. So I have to remember to go in and shut data off for the majority of the day while I'm at work.

I have a 5 minute drive to work. At 4am there's no traffic. At 1pm, the longest part of my drive is waiting to turn on to the main road.

I just started using Waze myself. Google maps was getting unbearably slow on my phone. So far I like it.

I bet that's surprisingly practical for Boston traffic.

Getting in the jeep might have been a better option than on it

Is 4" enough for a size queen?

It was pretty serious. If I were a normal sized human I'd love to have something just like it. But I thought I was gonna fall getting out of it. I'd need a rope ladder
