    Yup.

    I did a bunch of tests.

    Parking lights have to be on. Ignition has to be on (or motor has to be running since i have remote start)

    So they will work with parking lights. Work with low beams. Work with high beams. But they will not work by themselves....parking lights have to be on.

    The annoying thing with my remote start is, i have to remember to turn the fog lights and parking lights off when i get out. Because the starting of the truck turns those lights on and if i would have to hit the button and turn the truck back off, the lights would stay on since the door hasn't been opened to cancel then. Yes, opening the door with the ignition off still cancels them.

    There is another method involving a quick splice into a hot ignition wire but I opted not to go that way so my harness stays clean and some people claimed that way isn't fuse protected like the way i did it. I don't see why it wouldn't be...but i'm retarded when it comes to wiring.
